It is my pleasure to welcome all of you to our part-time civil engineering program at Faculty of Civil Engineering, UTM. As we embark on this new journey together, I want to take a moment to express how excited we are to have you join our community of passionate and dedicated learners.

Civil engineering is a field that has a profound impact on our daily lives, from the infrastructure we use to the buildings we live in. As part-time students, you have chosen to balance your education with your professional and personal commitments, which is no easy feat. We recognize the dedication and commitment that each of you has demonstrated in pursuing this degree, and we are committed to providing you with a supportive and challenging learning environment.
